How can I cancel the order I have placed?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or you can mail us directly at jappkids21@gmail.com with your order details and we will share a credit note for the amount paid within 24 hours.

What can I do if I have ordered the wrong size?

How do I check my order status?
We will ship your package within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking link on your registered email ID, through which you can check your order status anytime.
What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demand exceeds our supply. In such cases, you will be notified at the time of checkout if the selected item is not in stock. In circumstances where the order has been accepted but we are unable to ship it for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours and a full refund will be initiated.
Do you deliver products outside India?
