This website is owned and operated by J & K Fashion, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Second Floor, Shop No. 1, 2, 3, 4, Maharaja Shopping Center, Pakiza Society, Sachin, Choryasi, Surat, Gujarat, 394230. The brand operates under the name “JAPPKIDS”, and the website and related services are collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

Pricing & Availability
All prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. In case of incorrect pricing due to technical or human error, JAPPKIDS reserves the right to cancel or refuse such orders.
If payment has been processed for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded or reversed to the original payment method.
Orders, Payments & Shipping
Payments can be made through available online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). COD orders may include additional charges.
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. JAPPKIDS is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details. JAPPKIDS reserves the right to approve or reject return and cancellation requests based on the policy.
