Exchange & Return Policy

We put a lot of care into every piece we create and hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Requests for exchange or return must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
First return is free. For any subsequent returns, a flat fee of INR 100 will be charged.
All returned items will go through a quality check. Once approved, your exchange or return will be processed.
Products sent without a valid return/exchange request will not be accepted.
Products can only be exchanged once.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders placed using a credit note are not eligible for return or exchange.

We do not offer cash refunds.
Approved returns will be issued as a credit note.
The credit note will have lifetime validity.
After the first free return, future returns will have a deduction of INR 100 (restocking fee + applicable charges) from the credit note amount.
Credit notes are redeemable only on purchases made through our website.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, cancellation will depend on the order status.
Approved cancellations will be issued as a credit note (no cash refunds).
