We put a lot of care into every piece we create and hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Requests for exchange or return must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• First return is free. For any subsequent returns, a flat fee of INR 100 will be charged.
• All returned items will go through a quality check. Once approved, your exchange or return will be processed.
• Products sent without a valid return/exchange request will not be accepted.
• Products can only be exchanged once.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Orders placed using a credit note are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy 

• We do not offer cash refunds.
• Approved returns will be issued as a credit note.
• The credit note will have lifetime validity.
• After the first free return, future returns will have a deduction of INR 100 (restocking fee + applicable charges) from the credit note amount.
• Credit notes are redeemable only on purchases made through our website.

 Cancellation Policy 

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• After this period, cancellation will depend on the order status.
• Approved cancellations will be issued as a credit note (no cash refunds).
